4A Region 2

Loosely referred to as a Region of Death, the FHSAA 4A Region 2 meet will feature a plethora of great harriers vying for qualification to the Florida State Cross-Country Finals. With top ranked schools such as Colonial, Winter Park, Chamberlain, Plant, DR Phillips, Olympia, Newsome, Boone and a host of other schools competing in this stacked regional, it's guaranteed to be a thriller and a preview of what can be expected the following week in Dade City.

The meet is at Lake Park which is located at:

The park will be open at 7:00 a.m. Friday. Please do not arrive before then. There is a $2 fee to enter the park. There will also be a $6 admission fee for all spectators as per FHSAA rules.

We will have a brief coaches meeting at 8:00 a.m. Packets will be available when you arrive at the meet headquarters. All changes must be made by the 8:00 a.m. coaches meeting.

The girls race will start at 9:00 a.m. and the boys race is 9:30 a.m.

We will have an awards ceremony at 10:00 a.m. There will be ribbons for the top 15 individuals + Championship & Runner-up Team trophies.
